Magic Mail Pack:
This is an optional extra including: A keepsake postcard from Santa, A magical train ticket, Fun & festive activities, & more! Please allow 14 days before your booking to purchase the Magic Mail Pack to ensure it arrives in time. The Magic Mail pack will be sent to the address you insert on the next page, so please ensure you enter the correct address.
Wheelchair users:
There is a limited amount of wheelchairs that the train can hold at any one time, so all wheelchair users are required to book a wheelchair pass on our booking system, in order to ensure there will be enough room on the trains to transport the wheelchair. Sessions will show up as unavailable where the wheelchair capacity on the train has been filled up for that sessions. If this occurs, please try another session on that day.
Sensory Friendly times:
Sun 30th Nov @ 11am & 11.15am and Wed 10th Dec @ 3pm we will hold our sensory friendly session of Santa's House Express. These sessions are also marked in blue on our calendar. Music is lowered, capacities are reduced, all to make the event a sensory inclusive experience for all. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] if you have any concerns and we will do our best to accommodate all.
Carers:
Visitors with special needs may admit one accompanying carer free of charge . All carers must be booked into our booking system. There are only limited carer tickets available at specific sessions. If a carer ticket is unavailable for your desired session, please try to book your group into a different session. Please note this is not a confirmed ticket and bring relevant ID and documentation, such as an associated membership card in order to confirm entry. Do get in touch with us directly if there are any specific concerns we will do our best to accommodate all.
